The Saginaw Kiwanis Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization was incorporated in 1995. The foundation was created to establish a charitable entity to support the academic, spiritual and avocational growth of the youth and youth organizations of the Saginaw Community.

The foundation is funded through donations and contributions from the community at large, and is administered and managed by a seven member board of directors.
